outside mirror glass interchangeable

outside mirror glass interchangeable
I broke my DS mirror glass on my 2000 F250 and I was hoping I could get some info on what years (99-07) are interchangeable for the mirror glass/mount only. I had to replace both mirrors 4 years ago after a Bloodmobile sideswiped my truck, I replaced the factory power tow mirrors with a set of factory power mirrors with heat, I think they were from an '01 or '02 model. I really just need the mirror glass and it's plastic mounting pad, the trailer tow mirror assembly doesn't look damaged. I see Dorman has a replacement mirror glass/mount with heat but they are supposed to be for an '05-'07. Please advise if possible, not wanting to purchase a total outside mirror assembly if not needed. Thank you in advance. Todd

Thank you for the reply, sorry it's a little late been a bit busy and out of town. I was able to do a little research and purchased the Dorman #56311 replacement glass with frame that has heat, put it in just today and works perfect. Thanks again for the reply. Todd
