It's a common problem for the 2011 & early 2012's. I believe that Ford has issued a TSB for it. Take it to the dealer, it should be covered under warranty.
The just fixed mine. I had the reverse delay and harsh shifting in the first 3 gears.
They replaced a pump inside the tranny, so far all is good. There is a TSB fir this.
I think tsp means technical service board. It's identified trends but not yet worthy of recall.
I may not understand the exact issue here but I can tell you that our trans will run a bit slow until the truck is warmed up. I've only seen this in cold weather. It will shift hard for a mile or so then run fine. If that sounds like your problem I wouldn't be concerned.
Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) are related to technical issues that need to be fixed. They are usually non-safety related as safety issues usually result in a recall and have oversight by the feds. All manufacturers have a TSB process to communicate known issues and their associated fix. Most first model year vehicles like tge 2011s have numerous TSBs. TSBs are covered under warranty during the factory base warranty period. After that, they are no longer addressed free of charge by the dealer.

Regardless of the TSB, don't forget to consider that this is also something inherent to the 6.7L turbo lag. And before anyone comments, I also have/had other turbos, non-truck and quite familiar with turbos and lag. I have had the TSB applied to my 6.7L, the minor lag is still something that you must contend with.
