I found a V10 excursion on a dealers lot with 22000 miles on it. They said they would come down to $21000. It is an XLS 4X4 and was owned by the state of AZ. They added a big Grille Guard and brand new Cooper Discoverer ATR tires. Is this a good price? Really Clean. Here is a few pics.
Way over-priced IMHO. From the questions in your other thread it is missing some very nice power features. I would look elsewhere.
That was actually for my dads X. He saw some on our friends and was wondering what it would take. I dont need the vents. thanks for the input. I have been trying to get them down but they wont budge.
2004. Power windows, mirrors, locks. 4X4, cruise control, tilt wheel. I think it is just all of the standard features.
It's an XLS so it's basic and stripped down. Nice looking but way too high a price tag. Plus no idea if it has high idle time on motor. Someone here quoted 1 hr idle = 35 miles....
Way too much money for what it is. Don't be swayed by the seemingly low miles. There's a lot of excursions out there, and I'm quite sure you can find more truck for less money.
there is a very nice XLT V10 4x4 with 26k here asking $16,000 which i still think is high but not out of the world high. 2003 Ford Excursion, 4x4, 25,000 miles
Cool thanks. They are probably asking so much because every other X with the V10 has 90k plus. I will keep looking
Yes. Also, I would say they don't know the market ( like we do!).
I live in Southern California and not five miles from my house there's a loaded '04 Limited 6.0 2wd with gorgeous aftermarket rims and new tires with 148k on the clock for $14,900. It's been a SoCal truck it's whole life...and it's pristine. Even been garaged!
So no, I don't think an XLT with low miles is worth $21k.

and this is why i asked here!!! I will keep looking. hard to find low mile excursions with cloth interior. They are all LTD or EB. Thanks for the info guys!
