Arrow New tires

I scored a set of new Firestone Transforce A/T tires off Craiglist for $500. Had them installed today, quite an improvement over my almost slick Cooper tires.

We run them on all our trucks at work. i also have them on the front of my truck. I like the way they ride and they also seem to be very durable.

quick update on these tires... put almost 45K on them and they are around 5-6/32" tread left. as they have worn, the wet traction has become worse and you can forget about going off road, if the dirt is even slightly soft I get stuck.

last week I ordered some Goodyear Duratrac tires, havent put them on yet, but I am hoping for an improvement.

When i bought my truck 5 months ago it had these on it. Even at 12/32 tread, the tires lack any decent wet traction on a grade. They're not bad in the dry but during sandy my truck was all over the place. I would have to put it in 4wd just to turn around, My next set will be a BFG KM2 or Michelin A/T2.

Sorry I meant the Firestones. I personally have had no luck with Goodyears in general either, but cannot speak for the duratracs, I've only had eagle GTs which were terrible.
