Your Baro, MAP, and EBP should read essentially the same number w/ KOEO. Get the three readings and post them. You should find one of them that is bad.
It's likely the MAP sensor... but it takes comparing the MAP reading to the BARO and EBP to verify. With all set the kpa they should be all within 3 kpa of each other.
With the MAP sensor you'll check the connector and the rubber line that connects to it.

By saying "off" in my earlier reply I meant what I wrote in #7 that the MAP sensor might be bad, the rubber line is cracked or disconnected or the sensor connector is corroded or not connected.
