If you haven't already done it, clean the terminals on the batteries really well. I know u said there was no corrosion. However, oxidation will that is hard to see will cause these to spend over slowly. If they are not bright and shiny, then its free and takes a few minutes to do. My truck was slow to spin last winter and that was the issue with it.
