B&M Shift Kit

How tough is it to install a shift kit? Im looking at a B&M 40266 shift improver kit. My trans has never been rebuilt and it has 103000 miles on it, i just want to make sure it doesnt go out anytime soon. For $80 i cant think of a reason why not to do it. I just dont know how hard it is..

I curious as well but I'm looking into something like this so I can have firmer and faster shifts.
