Ok, I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I'm sick and not thinking too clearly.
All the lights on the truck pulse while driving, is that the alt going out? All of my grounds seem to be good and battery is fine. Truck has no other electrical issues, and this one isn't a big deal but it kind of bothers me at night.
1) Voltage regulator on its way out.
2) Ground to voltage regulator bad. This can be tested by jumping one of the regulator mounting bolts to clean, unpainted metal on the engine and seeing if the problem goes away.
3) Alternator can't keep up (voltage regulator is signalling for it to put out more current, but it can't).
