I prefer twice a year seasonally.

I prefer Winter blend, gulf coast air. Used to use east coast air, but it's gotten so expensive. Never have tried any west coast though for comparison.

I've been having problems with the gulf coast air lately. It's salty and humid, and is hell on the steel belts... Mountain air helps, but takes 2 extra quarts to achieve the same pressure
