Surging After Start From Warm Engine

I know this video does not depict the surge that well. Normally, after the truck has been ran for a while and I come back from either being in a store or something. I come back to start it, put it in gear and the truck surges for a while until I hit the gas a little.
Also the squeak/whistle at the end is, to my knowledge not normal...
