I have a 1975 F-100 with 360 / C6 auto and I believe the original Holley carb on it. I have plugged off all vacuum lines coming out of the carb and there appears to be no leaks of any kind.
I have it running after a small rebuild, but I am wondering where some vacuum lines go.
It appears as though there are two lines that go down to the transmission that come down from hard lines behind the carb. The lines are in the shape of two back to back canes and then they go down to the transmission.
Can someone tell me where these lines tie into the vacuum system, where they need to be attached to the engine or carb and if they are even necessary.
Dual vacuum lines to the trans. modulator are not super common but they are out there. The line on the end of the modulator goes to full manifold vacuum. The line on the side of the modulator also, in a round-about way goes to manifold vacuum.
I'll see if I can dig up a picture of the vacuum diagram.
