wierd vibration

I just bought my 04 f350 and it developed a vibration after a crack. ive looked over everything and cant see anything vibrating. it vibrates with the rpms of the motor, i can make it stop by turning the wheels one direction or the other. its really bad when the brakes are on, and when rocking the truck the noise will stop also. im completely confused on what it could be. please help.

I guess I am confused, after a crack? When the engine is idling it runs rough?

You might want to explain what you meant by crack. But I'm thinking hydro-boost pump.

idk of any other way to explain it. the truck didnt jolt or anything it just made a crack and went.

check your ujoints in the front axle knuckles and the driveshafts

it occurs during both. sitting and driving. its just more noticeable when sitting still.

sitting in park or drive? brakes on in park? sitting in park with brakes on rocking the steering wheel back and forth?

all of the above. sitting still in park, reverse, neutral, and drive. rocking the steering wheel and rocking the entire truck. but if i turn the steering wheel far enough to both sides the vibrations stop.
