Thoughts on these mufflers

Hi,
I will be opening up my stock exhaust to 3.5" and need a muffler. I am more concerned with increased flow that the sound, but I dont want it to be too loud (straightpipes). I was looking at summit and found this one

Or I could put 2 or 3 of these through the exhaust

The both appear to be a straight through design, so they should flow well.

It would be going on an '88 E250 7.3 non-turbo.

Anyone have experience with these?

I would go and buy a trush pack or 2 from your local auto store

because they are loud when you want it and they are quite at sub 1800 rpms. plus they are decently priced!

I will check it out. I have a Thrush glasspack on my car as a resonator. Good price and it toned down the angry beehive alot. I checked on thier website, and the biggest inlet/outlet I saw listed was 3". I was looking for 3.5"
