As best I can figure in 30 seconds, they did offer the OHV motor up to 2001. If so, those rarely, if ever, need the timing chain fooled with. If they do, it is a conventional set up that requires pulling the front cover etc, and replacing it. You must also pay attention to the hydraulic tensioner, so a repair book detailing the procedure would be the first stop.
SOHC motors have "SOHC" on the covers.
