Got new shoes for the Ex today! 265 75 16 Destination ATs. Difference is amazing! Rides like I got new shocks. Needed a little alignment as I hit a pothole the night we brought her home. But nice and quiet and rides amazing!!!
Was considering the Destinations for my 2010 F-150. Went with the Cooper Discoverer AT3. Very similar in tread, milage and reviews. Cooper was offering the $75 MIR.
Wanted the Jetzon Revenger A/T. What a great all around tire. Had them before on my Frontier, but due to ^ oil prices, the tire prices increased over 100%
You run C's!!!!!!.................me too, and D's are more than adequate unless you do heavy towing.
yup my studded snow tires are C's and my 20" wheels/tires are. i do have a set of almost new E rated tires on stock wheels also in case i do need to tow.

I have been running my C's for 2.5 years now with no problems. My studded tires happen to be E's. My snowmobile and trailer weigh about 1,000 pounds total. Alaskan style sled; SWT Skidoo.
anyone out there work out some mileage differences with:
285's vs 265's
315's???? anyone?
Not that it matters, just curious anyone notice differences in size/width issues
This comes up periodically.
The speedo and computer react differently.
Thus the distance you actually travel is not correct.
Thus the mpg goes down with bigger tires.
Hand calc is off too, since you actually go
Farther than the computer/dash says.
