long warm-up

my 2003 7.3L. is a bear to warm up, and if I don't let it warm up long enough it will die and is a bear to start again. I added Lucas injector cleaner to see if that helps. any suggestions. I read about an IPR o-rings but, I no idea what that is. Yes I need some help.

Once its running its fine?

Sounds like an injector issue, but without having some basic diognostic on it its hard to guess.

Should not need glow plugs down SoCal right now.

Oil level ok?
