slow start

i have a 97 f 350 7.3 power stroke. 235.000 miles on it. i bought it last oct. i just put a new glow plug relay in yesterday . thanks to the guys who read the post,when i first got it . it would start with just slighlty turning the key. now motor has to turn over a little not bad, but i like to get it to start fast like it used to . have no idea when glow plugs were changed last, any ideas out there

How old are the batteries? How are terminals on the battery and the starter? Is the engine physically turning slower or is it just taking an extra second to start up?
