Help, intake outlet to water pump split
How do I change the water oulet going to the water pump on my iron 4bl intake?
I have the intake removed.
It is split and only about 1/4 inch left intact.

They have replacements om E-bay all the time. Last ones I bought were from Semo Mustangs for around $10-$12 bucks. They are a tight fit into the manifold. I suggest heat the manifold with a torch SLOWLY around the tube and try to grab on the 1/4" left and spin it, it should eventually pull out. Be careful with the heat. Have to heat it up to reinstall the new one also. You can freeze the new one before installation, it helps a bit but you still need the heat. Heat gun works if you have a good one in place of the torch.
