OK, your carburetor... Ford part number = E4PZ-9510-AA (MOTORCRAFT part number = CA-3479)
Ford has 2 kits for this - a gasket set, and a tune-up kit. I don't know for a fact if the tune-up kit contains the gasket set but I would imagine it does.
Both are still available, although no single supplier has both.
GASKET SET = Ford part number E3PZ-9502-J (MOTORCRAFT part number CG-660)
Available from:
Green Sales Company
CINCINNATI, OH 45237 USA
Tel. (800) 543-4959
They have 3 of them; there are 4 other suppliers that each have one, let me know if you need to now who they are.
--
TUNE-UP KIT = Ford part number E5PZ-9A586-K (MOTORCRAFT part number CT-1443-A)
Available from 1 vendor:
Collector's Auto Supply
OROVILLE, WA 98844 USA
800-414-4462
--
There may be aftermarket kits available, too, but I wouldn't know what the part numbers are or from where you could purchase one.

Because this truck is a 1983 model (which would use parts where the beginning of the part-number prefix is E3, or possibly from earlier years) it would not have come with parts designed for use several years in the future (E7 for example).
You seem to have a Holley 4180C, I'm sure there are generic kits available for this in the aftermarket. Finding them in Rome, though.......

I really don't know if an F150 in 1983 could be had with a 351W and 4-barrel carburetor. I know that sometime in this era there were High-Output versions of this engine - which had the 4-barrel carb - but I don't know if those were available in the F150 or not. Others here may know more for certain.
I wouldn't get all disappointed about not having an all-original truck, though; finding an all-original car or truck that is this old is often hard to do, and there are sometimes benefits to changing certain components.
Changing back to a 2-barrel carb would be a fair amount of work, I wouldn't suggest doing that - at least not yet.
I agree with with Franklin2, it would help if you could upload some detailed pictures of what you have. (You have Supporter status, that means you can attach pictures directly to your posts.)
EDIT - Just saw your other thread, yes, it looks like you have the High-Output version of the 351W with a 4-barrel carb. Well, according to the air cleaner, anyway.

Holley sells a rebuild kit #3-1346.
It fits many era's of 4180 carbs and can be bought direct from Holley; Holley Performance Products Carburetor Rebuild Kit 3-1346
Or through online retailers like Summit; Holley 3-1346 - Holley Remanufactured Carburetor Renew Kits - Overview - SummitRacing.com
Or on Ebay; Holley 3-1346 Repair Kit | eBay
Just another option than the factory kit which is likely to be as old as 1987, when the last of the 4180 carbureted models were produced.

The genuine Holley kit mentioned above is better than any other kit that money can buy. It doesn't matter what year of 4180 you have, it will come with everything you need and some extras.
