1988 F700
Hello,
First time here so bare with me please. I have a 1988 F-700 dump truck and need to rebuild the carb, and need a rebuild kit. The only info I've been able to find on the carb is as follows:
Holley made for Motorcraft
EDTE-9510-PA
List 8820 - 2699
1A - 6R - 5544 - B
I have been searching many sites to try and find the kit but no luck with these numbers.

The problem you are having is....the prefix of the ID tag number is in-correct.
That D doesn't belong there.
It's supposed to be a number, like the following.
E0TE-9510-PA = E6PZ-9510-D .. Carburetor (Motorcraft CA3512)
E3PZ9A586FB .. Carburetor Overhaul Kit (Motorcraft CT1278D)
This kit is no longer listed by Ford, the Ford/Motorcraft part numbers may have been updated, but I couldn't find anything.
NAPA, etc can cross the Motorcraft part number over to the brands they sell.
EDIT: I found 22 of these carb kits at a Ford obsolete parts dealer in WA.
Collectors Auto Supply in Oroville WA has them = 800-414-4462

The carb ID tag code translates to a Holley 2V used on a 370.
The same kit is shown 1980/89, but Ford no longer shows it.
EDIT: The part number of E3PZ9A586FB is replaced by FOPZ9A586D, see post #6.

Available from Ford.
