No intervention needed... just apply for shelter status and get money from the government to support your hobby. The Rusty Ford Rescue Shelter.
They may build you a bigger garage.

Ya got too many now. Only 2 kids in China and two Ford trucks here per family. I'll take that older one of yer hands.

You don't need intervening as long as you are bringing them home. It's when you sell them you need an intervention. Oh how I wish someone had intervened on a few vehicles I've owned in the past when I sold them!
