Timing help, new ip on
I got my truck running. But damn is it really cattery, and smoky my guess is its too advanced. Now how the heck do you rotate the pump when you don't have the pump rotating tool, i can't get this thing to budge.
I know the pump has too move to the drivers side.
Maybe i need a helper.
On a side not, Can you guys post what your return springs are mounted. I can't seem to get the thing on right.

well, i might get flamed for this, but i used a tire tool and stuck the end between the top two fuel lines and had a buddy hold it in place after i carefully pryed it where i wanted it and i tightened it down while he held it in place. made a world of difference.
