Carpet Door Panel Inserts
I found Carpet Door Panel Inserts on Cardboard on the Internet. They say 2 piece die cut and the part number is ACC 144227CUTPILE. There is no actual description on them and I can’t find anything when I try to research them on the Internet. Does anybody know what the heck they are?

I haven't seen them do card board backed pieces, but they have a few models that they offer carpet accessory kits.
