Door Panel Attachment

Hey guys i've run into problems on my 1973 interior... again. Where can I find the clips that hold the door panel on to the door? Macs has them but they want 2 bucks a clip, and I'm like "nope". Would the autozone or O'Reillys have them?

Any chance your local JY would have some door panels? Cheap way to get lots of spare clips.

I haven't found a junkyard with the dentside panels. I spent 6 hours filling and sanding the panels i have now to repair the holes the P.O. hacked in them. And at this point if I found one I would probably lose my S***

I don't think the parts stores carry the metal clips, if your panels use the plastic ones than any parts store should have them.

What are the metal clips? I don't know what were on the door panels in the first place because the P.O. decided to hold the door panels in with bolts.

I've only seen the plastic clips on trucks, and the metal clips on sedans. The plastic clips are available in the "Help!" blister packs at any parts store.

I have found them with metal or plastic, i like the plastic ones best and NAPA has them. If you can get somebody behind the counter take time to look.
