lights out on heater control knobs

Yea pop out the trim strip mid height running the length of the passenger side/area of dash, strip about 3/4" high 30" odd inches long (likely says XLT on the right end of it).
Once its out, you'll find two screws holding the heater control bezel in place, remove them and remove bezel. Now remove 4 screw retaining heater control and pull it out. On its back side you'll find two bulb retainers. Rotate em about 1/4 turn or so and it will come out, pull bulb straight out of socket, reverse order to replace.
