Fuel Pump problems?!?

Hey guys, well, now that i got my electrical problem fixed, this new issue showed up. It just started yesterday, whenever I get on the gas to drive on the highway or whenever I get much above 2000rpm my pickup starts to sputter and act like it isn't getting any fuel. It still rev's up, but you can tell it is having problems getting fuel to the motor. My pickup is a '93 F250 w/351 windsor, EFI. I replaced the fuel filter tonight just to see if it would help but it didn't. So my next guess would be the fuel pumps, the rear tank hasn't been in use for a while because of the same problem, but now that the front tank is doing the same thing my suspicion of the pumps going bad seems more and more probable. Let me know what you guys think, if I'm even on the right track or not. This next week I'll be taking the bed of to fix a slight twist in the the box, so if it is the fuel pump it should be pretty easy to fix. That is if it is the fuel pump
