TPS Volts Low????

TPS Volts Low????
So my TPS is acting up. Had a dead pedal the other day along with some other symptoms lately. It is on an early build (2 plug pedal assembly) 00 EX. I ran the TPS test on my Auto Ingenuity software and am running .6 volts at idle and the pedal position is at 12.16%. At full throttle I'm only at 3.63 volts and pedal positon at 72.95. When I ohm it out at the plug I have a full 5 volts at the connection? I would think that 3.63 is low for FT. I have read on here that I should be at 4.5ish at FT? Is it a sign that it my unit is going bad? Have read a million posts and no one really had a definitive answer.
