But I am not sure why you would need 2 extra shocks, I imagine with proper tire inflation and spring/shock ratio it should ride nice in the springs bumpy highways
I don't feel it's lacking now but with the larger tires and me having a motor that can take me at much faster speeds, I thought it'd be good to keep the tires on the ground as much as I could. Not sure yet if I am going to do this but maybe down the road.
Sort of related to the shocks...my front Rancho coil springs sometimes make a noise when I turn sharply to one side or the other. I think the coil springs are moving a little in their seats and that is what makes the noise.
So I am wondering if others have this and if there is something I can do about it. I had the 3" front, 4" rear Rancho lift installed years ago. Inside the coil spring, on the bottom where the nut is, there's something that looks like it should be holding the spring from moving but it's not. It sort of looks like a large washer shaped like a bowl that sits just below the nut.
