When i have the brakes applied all the way the steering wheel gets tiight and hard to turn, if i release a little pressure on the brake the steering wheel can be turned easily. What you guys think it is? need a new powersteering pump or booster?
Your power steering pump also is the booster for the brakes. You can try this and see if it helps. Remember, the power steering pump takes ATF fluid, not power steering fluid. Here is how to flush the pump. Ford Super Duty Power Steering Flush | Superdutypsd.com
Might sound dumb but u have stock size tires or aftermarkert. I put 35x12.50's on my truck and had the same problem. Went back to close to stock size and problem fixed.

Not dumb at all.I have 285's on mine with almost all new front end components and it still is hard to turn on hard surfaces.I just deal with it.
