I would really recommend just taking your engine to a reputable builder and telling them what you want. He (or she) will discuss a budget and hopefully get you what you are looking for the first time. I am afraid you are going to end up wasting money on a hodge podge of parts that may or may not perform together the way that you had expected them to. If you have a block that isn't cracked and a set of heads that are usable, they can help you with the rest. If you would like to take the list that you found from the 460 site, that would give them a great starting point, but if you try to tinker toy a set of engine parts together, your odds of success aren't very good. I really am just trying to help. It may seem expensive, but it will save you money in the long run. If I'm wrong or out of line, please fellow board members, correct me. I'm just trying to help. Take care.

I understand. That being said, I went through a great deal of what you are now. I chose this cam when all was said and done: LUNATI 429-460 FORD 268/276 VOODOO CAM & LIFTER 61603LK. Good luck.
