Unplanned purchase 77 high boy

I happened across this 77 F250 yesterday completely on accident, but I had to have it. This thing is so unaltered it's just awesome.

351M/4 spd, power steering, power brakes, 4.10 gears and that's about it.

I'll replace the drivers bed side and patch a little over the passenger side rear wheel arch but that's all it needs for metal work.

Other than the old winch and extended bumper up front, she's very much unaltered.

Nice buy, northerndave. That truck looks to be in better shape than my 1978 F250.

Did I say that I hate people that just trip over nice trucks! It looks like late 77 lowboy? Really nice find, congrats!

She's taller than heck lol!! dont know about "lowboy"?

Regardless, I'm very happy.

It's so stock it's just funny, it's still breathing single exhaust through a huge OEM muffler, the truck is so quiet I have a hard time telling if it's running from inside the cab lol!!

Nice score!

It's a highboy, i see the crossmember under the front bumper, probably just sitting on tired springs.

Thanks, I'm pretty stoked. It isn't like I needed another dent or bump laying around. But this one was so unmolested and quite good rust wise for being up here in the north country with our damn salted roads.

That damn old winch and extra iron up front is a little un neaded extra weight up there. I'm thinking that stuff is coming off and the bumper will go back to it's original mounts soon.

Those are the controls for the winch. It's an old Warn bellvue, and it's cable operated.

Nice truck, where do you plan on getting the bedsides, LMC or off another truck?

Big Joe, not to hijack but I'm curious, how have you amassed so many reps in such a short period of time, are you giving away OEM parts or??

It will be a repro panel that I put on the drivers bed side. Not sure if I'll go LMC or autobody specialties, browns of two rivers or???

I'll price em out and pick one.
