Hello everyone. I'm new to the site, but have been lurking around for quite a while. There's a great wealth of knowledge on here that has been most helpful. However, I'm at a point in which I haven't found an answer and need a little help.
I've gotten both fuel lines disconnected from the filter...it was difficult, but I got them off. Now, I can't get the darn fuel filter out of the bracket. It started getting dark on my yesterday so I couldn't see if there were bolts that needed to come off in order to disconnect the bracket. Is this the case or do I just need to use more force? What seems so simple has proved to be difficult for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Rudiak! So, I am correct in assuming that the fuel filter bracket does need to come off first? I didn't know if it was any different for 95 F150's.
That's what I'm finding. I tried to pry it yesterday with my hands, but will try a different approach today. Hopefully, I can get it off without as much grief today. Ha-ha!
