inside fuse dash panel, 3rd one down from left/top. Cant say for certain, what fuse #, but i thru a 10amp in for testing cel light.

If you wanna slap a stamp on it go for it. But I wouldnt install it until I failed smog. If I do fail, I will hit you up for it if you havent already sent it lol
