no start

Hi all.2000 ranger auto 3.0 wife said that she had problems starting the truck
She had wiggle the shifter to get it to start. Have not looked at it yet but i am think the newtrl safety Switch any other ideas that i would be missing

Come to find out there was a screw that came out
From under the dash witch holds the shifter linkege
Put the screw back in works Great.thanksgiving
