i have broke them with a 390 as well but i know for a fact they hold up well with a 460 idk why i just know they do and like i stated before alot of the mud truck racers around here have 800 hp motors with stock fe motor mounts and they hold up just as long as the motors do (cousin Nathan's truck the mistress 640 hp 429 fe motor mounts lasted 8 years before he rolled it)
