I just bought a 06 250 and it came with ARP studs EGR delete and a Bully Dog GT. From what I can tell it still has the tune in it. What would happened if I reset it to stock with the EGR delete? I like the monitoring of the GT but Ive read that the tunes and the 6.0 dont get along. Right now it is set to no power. I would like to use the tow setting. However the bully dog reads codes that really aernt there. I have a scanguage II to read codes and it displays nothing. There is also no CEL. One of the codes it thru was the FIPW not working properly. Cross checked it with the scan gauge and the voltages are all good. So it seems other than monitoring the Bully dog is a PITA! I would like to sell it and get the SCT. Right now the truck runs fine and would rather not fix something that aint broke. Thanks for the help!

 

you would get a code or 2 for egr system faults.

 

Yep got those as well. Nothing on the Scan guage though. One was throttle plate I believe which from what I understand an 06 doesnt use anyhow.
