weird codes poppin up

06 f350 dually 6.0 never had a code pop up until egr failed few months back installed delete kit.noticed egt have been way high tow, performance, extreme. but fine in stock. only code that would pop up is po403 egr fault. i was instructed on this site to remove bully dog and install stock settings. egr running normal even with trailer. but now all crazy codes are poppin up here is the list of codes since i removed bullydog and back to stock. note i am using bully dog outlook to read codes.
(po401 exhaust gas recirculation (A) flow detector )
(po403 egr fault )
(po487 exhaust gas recirculation bus (B)(+) low )
(poo60 h02s heater resistance bank (2) sensor (2)
(poboo auxillary tranny fluid pump motor phase (u) current
(uoo4o vehicle communication bus (b)(+) low
next numbers couldnt find info
(p1ooo
(p3200
(u3foo
(uoooo
(u3eoo
(4oooo
from dead stop truck seems slighty sluggish and at idle every min or so the exhaust note changes like a valve is opening and closing. at speed it is fine .

It's full of trash codes from the bullydog programming. You need to take it back to Ford and let them completely reflash the PCM or send it to PHP and have them do a rollback program to an earlier strategy.

I don't see a problem as a monitor but as a code reader they seem to throw a lot of strange codes and their programming is KNOWN to cause PCM problems. As long as you don't flash the truck with it you should be OK
