I might be able to sell my stage 2s to a friend that needs injectors. what do you all think s366 or s467fmw?

Depends on your goal. The S366 is plenty of turbo for stage 2's. It will spool faster, require less modification, and if you do decide to run bigger injectors down the road it is still a really good match for 238/80's or 238/100's if you run an external wastegate.

The S467 will spool a little slower, require modification of the firewall, but it should make a little more power and being an S400 frame, it's a stronger turbo. Did he say what size turbine housing the S467 has on it? I don't know what size turbine housing the S467 that he's selling has, but if it's similar to my 466, it's still a good towing turbo and is a good daily driver.

Also, the S467 is going to be more expensive and after reading your original post again, I didn't see any mention of a fuel system in there. If your running the stock fuel system, you will need to update that with an electric system. The oil drain for the turbo returns oil to the engine via the stock fuel pump hole in the valley, so the stock pump has to go. The Hypermax kits do not drain to the fuel pump hole and allows you to retain the stock fuel system if you wanted to.

As of right now, I think you'd be just as happy with the S366 as you would the S467.. If you plan to upgrade injectors down the road though, remember that you will have to add an external wastegate with the S366 if you go hybrids. That means modifying your new uppipes and add in another few hundred bucks for a wastegate.

I do plan on getting the e fuel from irrate also.

this is straight from his page. Not sure of the specs on your 466

Borg Warner S467FMW
This turbo has a high flow billet wheel taken from the EFR line of turbos. This wheel flows more than the standard S471 wheel flows. But has faster spool up with the smaller wheel . The turbo has the S400 frame with a t4 1.10a/r housing.
This turbo is a good match for a mid sized injector while still maintaining very good street manors.

It will most likely spool pretty close to how mine does. There is a possibility that it will spool a little slower than mine since it has a larger housing than mine, but the compressor wheel should be a bit lighter which would allow it to spool quicker, so even with the larger housing, it may spool similar to mine. I just don't know since I haven't run one and I don't know anyone who has run one with stage 2's.

I think I would run the S366 between those two turbos. IIRC the big race cover on the S467 will also come in contact with the intake plenum with his mount, so you might end up having to get new plenums if you go that route. It wouldn't be a bad idea to update to the 3" SD plenums with some inserts from Riff Raff or get Jake's 3" plenums. Jake's 3" plenums will clear the cover of the S467.

Just don't forget that you will need head studs and valve springs if you go much further. You may even need them with the stage 2's and the S467. Just something to be aware of and something to get done at some point.

Tony Wildman, Matt Robinson, Swamps, Beans, or PHP. Personally, I run TW, but if I ever have to change tuners I will go with Matt or Swamps.
