Mine took flight into the rad...so i did electric fans...except my alt is not up to it.so i have them unhooked...no problems here...dont know what to do...so i do nothing!
If you want no fan and and AC still, just hook up a fan behind the area where the AC condenser is. It will pull enough air if you got a good enough fan there.
They make some really high powered Computer fans that you could just attach there and they are 12 volt with not a high draw. I'd put it on a switch though and a relay.
No issues here running no fan.
My AC system isn't charged, so I dont' get that luxury.
I'ma run down to the college here soon and see if they will do it in the automotive bay.
And with your electric fans has been enough to control the engine temperature and for the A/C?.
That was the electric ones I removed to replace the pump Jose, I haven't had any fans since then.
The electric Windstar fans did just fine with the Arizona summers. One was set to run whenever the AC was on and the other was controlled by an adjustable thermostat that was set for 205*

Thank Rod. Here in my country the summers are worst and the winters are not to bad, so I dont know about use or not use the fan
