AC / fan performance

My 2008 F-350 KR ( 6.4 ) seems to under perform in both the AC and the fan/blower. The AC takes forever to cool the truck down ( 90 degree day in NH ) and the blower even on the highest setting leaves a lot to be desired. Is this a known issue? I do have a Ford premium ESP so I may take it to the dealer. I am guessing the AC needs a charge but the fan I am stumped on.
