I change my fuel filter and fuel water separator filter on 2004 F250 6.0L. Cycled my ignition on and off like I'm suppose too. The truck ran for a few minutes and died. I can only assume there is air in the lines now How do I bleed the air out or is there another issue I'm not aware of. I used Motorcraft filters.
I removed both filters and made sure they were in correctly. What I did notice there wasn't any fuel in the fuel water separator. I thouht cycling the ignition would bleed the air.

That is the mot common place for a damaged O ring or filter not installed correctly. It then sucks air. Did you lube the O ring? Use oil or vaseline, not diesel fuel. The diesel can cause the O ring to swell and then distort.
I used grease on the o-ring to make sure it slid in easily. I've also removed it again to verify the filter was installed correctly and checked the o-ring.
I want to thank everyone for the help. Finally resolved the problem, had to bleed all the air thru the top fuel fliter reservoir by turning the key on and off and removing any access fuel from the fuel bowl. It took a little time but worked. Never realized how much air entered the system when changing the filters. I'll know next time.

It's not normal to have that problem when the filters/O rings are installed correctly and the kon/koff procedures are followed. I would bet you had a lower filter air leak and inadvertantly corrected it.
