hello, 1986 f150 L6 , the spare tire is missing, there is nothing there, was wondering what i need to put there , all i see is a square empty space under the truck. the the hood has the jack lug nut removal and a long pole.
LMC truck has and exploded view of the tire carrier and all the hardware that goes with it. You can order all the stuff from them but it'd be spendy.
Basically all you'd need is two bolts and a brace to hold the tire tight up against the gas tank. Maybe throw in a little extra something to keep the tire from slipping out if all the air leaks out.
You should also have a jack on the passenger fender under the hood support spring.
Here is a picture of the standard tire rack...
You basicly need the spare tire rack (Channel), one long bolt for the left side, the eye bolt for the right, and the hardware that holds the wheel and tire to the rack.
Let me know from the picture of what you need. Also you should be able to find all this stuff at your local U-Pull-It wrecking yard.

If you happen to come across a truck with the power window wiring harness in it, I need the plug (the gray plastic connector piece) that plugs into the back of power window switch on the drivers door. I just need the plastic connector part (you can cut the wires). Thanks.
