Well, I must offer a public apology to BTS. After a week, I got a response to my inquiry about sloppy transmission shifting after installing my new tuner. I've felt I was a little premature to be critical and kinda' guilty about violating the old principle of "if ya' can't say somethin' good, say nothing"...but I was impatient and worried about my tranny failing. I'm still minimizing my driving of the truck until I get a valve body installed [it should be here Friday]. But, they did respond, appropriately...if a little slowly. So, I hope I didn't spoil anyones relationship with BTS as the vendor of their choice and I apologize for being critical of them.
Good to hear. Curious though was this all communicated through Email? I personally have had good luck with calls, but I understand the shop is constantly busy, at any one time I have been to there shop, and usually there are around a dozen superduty's and stacks of trannys to build. Not to mention the occasional lighting or mustang.
Yes, their websight indicated that email was the preferred and most reliable method of contacting them...that due to work load phone calls were often ineffective or words to that effect. Anyway, closed case from my perspective.

Unique? I seldom look at BTS's website, but doesn't look like much has changed in a while.
BTS(Brian's Truck Shop) right not PHP(Power Hungry Performance or BDP(Bean's Diesel Performance) Which both of those websites say something about call volume?
I get the "B" letters confused so easily...it is BDP tuner. So, my apology goes to them...not Brians Truck Stop...although I probably owe the world an apology for stealing air from some poor needy person...
Guys, IS there any chance thet Brian's shop is overworked and might just be plain tired of building transmissions EVER? seems that LOTS of folks are trailering their trucks to him and hearing that his lot is full of S/Ds and an occasional Mustang.........
DON'T think it would be intentional but everyone gets burned out from time to time...

Brian's shop does a lot more then just trans. They will do any kind of repair to trucks. With the plans he told me, he will be building the 4r100 for many, many years to come.
He has a Dyno in the floor of his shop to do performance work.
I really regret my mistakes in associating BTS with a problem they had nothing to do with and for prematurely being critical of the customer service of BDP.
