one question i haven't found the answer to.. yet. The 95 351w has a rear sump oil pan. Has anyone here done a similar swap? Trying to see if i need to switch to a front sump, or will the Bronco unit clear?

just thinking on subject. should be a mid sump for 4wd. your main concern is clearing differential in 77 supercab. is supercab 4wd? if 4wd chasis should be a open setup compared to crossmember below engine. things to think about. not totally sure on this subject but things i look for.

It fits with no issues, my 79 is running an 88 351w with rear sump oilpan for the last 9 years.

 

thanks. What did you do for exhaust, Stock manifolds, shortys, or long tube headers?

 

I used Mustang shortys. If I were to do it again, Summit brand longtubes fit from what I've read here.
