TECA module

I can't find the TECA module on my 1991 Econoline E350 7.3V8 Diesel RV. The Ford trouble shooter book says it is in the engine compartment, right hand side under the blower motor. Other forum users say behind drivers side (left) kick panel but removed from under the hood and some say behind the dash near the radio.
Anyone know for sure?

My '94 diesel E350 had it in the passenger's kick panel. That's the panel inside the cab just to the right of the passenger's right foot.
