Interesting reading. I may check into something for my 351, as I have been wanting to swap this asthmatic camshaft out.

Thank you everyone for all the help and suggestions, I am leaning toward a comp cam but am a little concerned about emissions. mostly NOX emissions. I have an allen emissions analyzer for all other gasses Texas currently tests for and I can usually tweak it into range, but NOX can be tough to get rid of blindly, I guess I could put my factory cats in line with my high flows for the test. Does anyone know if a torquey cam will affect NOX emissions? and if so, how much?
