I have heard the sound before, and it is almost as though on a gasser you didn't have a plug in the hole, only quite muffled. More of a Thwahd Thwahd Thwahd.
Do u have AE? Can you check rotational velocities? I have 2 cylinders that can get above 6 (which I am told is bad) at idle when warm. Then we could tell if we have the same issue.

Your videos work fine. I know you said you replacing push rods(Personally I don't think you have a bent one). Also retorque and inspect the rocker arms/bolts, and injectors. Inspect the rockers closely as you might have one that is cracked.

Everything was done yesterday. Didn't fix it. Rotational velocities are still high on 3 cylinders
