I/C leak?
Is it possible to have a boost leak via the intercooler? When i popped my turbo, since then, it cannot get above 16psi and thats with the redline disconnected. There was ALOT of debris from the wheel itself when she let loose. I'm wondering if, the forced air with metal introduced was able to crack/pop a hole..etc into the cooler.

You will have to build yourself a tester and put some air in the system. 10-15lbs should tell you if and where it is leaking.
I dont have a link to show you the tester... but i am sure someone will put one up shortly.
You can make one out of a 4" piece of abs with a cap and an air fitting....
