I have a 2011 F350, and my door locks no longer work from either the switch inside on the door, or the key fob.
I can press the FOB and it flashes the light like its locking or unlocking, but the doors don't lock or unlock. I can also press the switch on the doors and they do nothing.
It was Power Door Lock fuse... Since I've replaced it, its blown 2 more times. For now I'll just keep replacing fuses. I don't have the time to get it into a dealer to look at it.
I have been fighting this same issue in my KR 2011 as well sometimes the fuse will last for month or more other times it will blow the first time you lock doors going to try to get it in to dealer but i'm sure it will work fine when they have it and its a problem they have never heard of before
Yea, I have the door panels off, I found a burnt wire in bundle in passenger side door sill. That may be my door lock problem. Still not sure about Windows.
