2 routes you can go, change the whole axle out for one with the ratio you want, or have the ring and pinion swapped. You might also need to have the carrier changed between those 2 ratios. I don't remember if the carrier is the same with both those ratios. But having the ratio changed in your axle requires someone with experience in doing so since it has to be shimmed and aligned correctly. If you swap the axle, you can do that by yourself with basic tools. You just unbolt the driveshaft, remove the ubolts, remove the shocks and brake lines, and probably some sensors and junk, and swap in the new one and good to go.
^ don't forget the front! The front has a removable center of 3rd member. You can order one already set up and swap them yourself. I don't know if Ford ever offered the 8.8" with 4:10 gears but if they did then swaping the whole rear end would be the easiest route.
